The VCI Viewer
Viewing stored checks is extremely important to providing the finest customer support.
Your bank employees and customers will have an easy way to access their checks.
When we designed our retrieval system using the VCI viewer we
put the customer's
needs first.
We realize that the customer will not always know the check number,
transaction date or the amount. By using a relational database multiple items
can be searched. With Virtual Check Imaging your customers and branch offices
can access their checks within seconds after they are scanned. The check image can
be visualized from your online banking system using our own unique, easy to use
viewer to access your stored checks. Customers can view their checks online
or have them sent by email. Deposit slips can be viewed with all their associated
checks. Images can be stored directly after being scanned, or they can be
imported to the VCI Database from either the Federal Reserve or another proof processor.
Reduce productivity lost from searching for files and free your personnel from sorting
and time-consuming retrievals.
Statement
The VCI Statement generator allows you to print the front and back of your customers
checks in the form of a statement. The statements are in PDF format allowing you
to print or send to your customers by email, instead of the physical checks. Below
is a sample of the quality and layout.
